A little bit about me

Hello, and welcome! Thank you for visiting my website.

Throughout my life, all sorts of people have sought me out to share their challenges and difficulties, and have appreciated my support.

I have been told that I make people feel comfortable and supported which is hugely important to me and something I am proud of. At my core of my coaching practice is the desire to create a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals feel valued and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

When I first received coaching a few years ago, it honestly changed my life and at the same time, it lit up my natural inclination to help and encourage others.  That was the start of my path to studying for, and qualifying as a Personal Performance (Life) Coach.

I live with my husband and ageing cat in South Lincolnshire, UK – a place renowned for its flat landscape, which is perfect for my hobby of running! I enjoy time with family and friends and have a deep love of history, with a particular interest in the Tudors.

My family includes my 2 grown-up sons and their wonderful wives, 2 adult stepchildren and their families, siblings, parents, nieces, nephews and 3 lively ‘grand-dogs’ who all keep life exciting!

Please do take a look at client testimonials from some past and current clients, and if you want to explore further, please press ‘Get in Touch’.

I’m truly excited to give you the space and support you deserve, and to work alongside you as you strive for your full potential

As a qualified Life Coach, I abide by the code of ethics of the International Coach Federation (viewable at www.coachfederation.org).
